Veterinary Technician

We are seeking a full time certified veterinary technician for a position in our beautiful, recently remodeled small animal practice near Springfield, Missouri. We are looking for an individual with a strong desire to work in an environment that provides high quality, compassionate care. We offer digital full body and dental radiography, full in-house lab, therapeutic laser, state-of-the-art anesthesia, etc. We pride ourselves on our patient care and service to our clients.

This position offers competitive compensation, retirement plan, paid vacation, and CE for certified technician. Applicant must be comfortable with animal restraint, anesthesia monitoring, surgery prep, radiograph positioning, understanding of proper dental cleaning and charting, and lab skills including blood smears, ear cytology and fecals. The ideal candidate will also have strong customer service, telephone and computer skills. Veterinary Technician certification and licensure in Missouri is desired.
